There’s a big disconnect between the snobbish, pretentious vibe of the place and the average quality of the expensive coffee. The coffee is way too expensive and low quality bitter for a snobby "bakery" that is trying so hard to look upscale and trendy …..in France,Paul is considered a low quality industrial bakery …. Add to that ,you will get bullshit low quality French ♫ ♪ for French touch atmosphere!
