Hotel room was good, location is great! Service is absolutely terrible. They asked me to check out at 12 p.m., even though I explained that my company always arranges a late check-out for me. I told them this is just some kind of misunderstanding and that I needed some time to confirm it with my company, especially since my flight is at midnight. I asked for just one hour to clarify the situation, but they still insisted that I check out at 12 p.m. — and this happened on a Monday. They said the hotel was fully booked, but in reality, there were plenty of available rooms on Booking.com. Overall, the staff showed no willingness to accommodate guests — it’s just awful. It’s not my first time in Baku — people here are always friendly and professional. But at the Mövenpick Hotel Winter Park Baku, the staff turned out to be extremely unfriendly.
